1. Overview

These terms govern your use of the Tatemon TCG website (vault.tatemontcg.ae) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Tatemon TCG sells individual Pokemon trading card singles. All cards are authentic and sourced from official Pokemon TCG products. Card images on the website represent the actual card you will receive. Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirham).

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed through Stripe. We reserve the right to cancel orders if items become unavailable after purchase. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are in AED. Payment is accepted via credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship across the UAE. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Next-day delivery is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. All other emirates receive orders within 1–3 business days. Orders above AED 100 qualify for free shipping; a flat rate of AED 15 applies otherwise.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of trading cards, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp and we will resolve the issue.

6. Card Condition

All cards sold on Tatemon TCG are in Near Mint (NM) condition unless otherwise stated. Cards are packaged in penny sleeves and toploaders inside rigid mailers to ensure safe delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

Pokemon and all related trademarks are property of The Pokemon Company International, Nintendo, and Game Freak. Tatemon TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies.
